Shoot, I remember years ago a farmer in Ventura County, CA, where I’m from, being charged with slavery because he paid under legal wages with the threat of calling the Immigration Service, and (this is the kicker) he locked the gates to the ranch, sealing in his captive workers from leaving if they wanted to. Slavery. It’s not the charge you want to go to trial with. ---

Yes, sorry, should have put that in my post. Last night’s Family Guy had a variation of your OP. Except it was Consuela, not Carmelita. And she was 50ish, and pretty much the opposite physically of Carmelita. But Chris did get thrown out at second, just like your OP. ---
