Do modern Nazis still say “Heil Hitler” or have they replaced it with “Heil Trump” or whoever they wish to “Heil” at the present moment?

This dude changed his name to Hitler so in the style of _The Producers_ he probably says “Heil myself.” Maybe I’ll ask him the next time I see him. I wish I was kidding about that.
