St. Louis has Becky, the Queen of Carpets. Along with some really awful hometown advertising of her, a very big girl, wearing a crown while riding a flying carpet past various local landmarks. I did not know that here in the 21st Century somebody could produce a special effect that bad. I tried to find a cite, but she’s not _quite_ prominent enough to be on YouTube. ---

That’s her exactly; Queen Becky in all her Glory! Well done. As corny as only a hometown ad can be. Between her and Princess Wanda, I hope that carpet has a _very_ strong magic buoyancy engine to keep it aloft. As to my searching failures, I’d originally remembered her as “Becky the queen of mattresses”. And when I was searching for that, “queen” + mattress was a total red herring that utterly confused YouTube’s search engine. After all, every ad for a mattress store includes the fact that they sell queen-sized mattresses. Then I could not persuade YouTube to stop showing me hundreds of pages of mattress ads. Queen Becky was probably somewhere on page 37 of the results, but I never clicked that far. ---
