Do not pressure posters into ingoring professional reporting requirements

All I have to say is that if TPTB let this nasty individual continue on his merry way, especially if they allow him his own little fapfest, that every person who reads this board who is also a mandatory reporter get on the stick and inform law enforcement that there’s a venue that is encouraging his behavior. Nasty perverts may have First Amendment rights but companies have personhood as well, apparently, and can be held accountable for the behavior they enable.

Like you, Muffin, I’m not a lawyer. Unlike some of us I presume no legal expertise. But I do know when someone is trying to create a legal problem for the board in order to prove a point, and I know how those things are generally dealt with, not to mention that posters are not supposed to use the board to start a campaign. So I thought it was wise to point out that this was not a good road to go down.
