Er, what? If all pregnancies were carried out in this manner, then maybe. But that seems far too complicated to be practical.

If believe that men should be entitled to reproduce (if they can afford it), is this an irrevocable right? What about convicted sex offenders? Serial killers? Men with bad posture? Where (or would) you draw the line?
