# Do Snowmen appear in all snowy parts of the world?

I would actually guess not. You need more than just snow to make a snowman; you need warm snow. That is to say, it has to be below freezing, but not very much below. Too cold, and the snow won’t pack, but just stay as a loose powder.

But if we rephrase the question, to whether children make snowmen wherever the snow is suitable for packing, I can only say that I don’t know.
