These gyrations aimed at finding a way to legally say “fuck you” to someone remind me of the old Flick Theater in West Texas. A porno place, it was regularly picketed by the church crowd, making the evening news whenever that happened. And the cameramen would invariably film the theater’s name, “Flick,” from a side angle to where the letters L and I sort of merged together making a U. ---

Probably. If someone said that to me, I’d be much more likely to go “WT living Fuck” is he/she telling me. But then yeah, I’d likely say go fuck _yourself_. Tough one. ---

I suppose it is evocative of that. It probably wouldn’t be funny if people weren’t familiar with McConnell’s antics. I suppose in the context of a poster refuting their own argument the phrase could be interpretted as humorous. In other contect I’d expect moderator intervention. I think this would most likely come up in GD and not be well received there. How about ‘Go Mitch McConnell yourself’? ---
