A quality analog watch is a standard accessory for any fashionable man. I like to be a little different and unusual. Which leads me to my question of whether or not it is in fact possible to find fashionable/stylish digital watches? For example, I’ve seen these from Fossil and I think they look pretty cool (the ones that aren’t orange!), and if I don’t see any other suggestions I’ll probably end up buying one. Perhaps if you elaborated on your definition of “stylish”. Are you a bearded 44 year old who likes tweed suits? a 21 year old who thinks that a new sweat suit is dressing up? a girl? Myself, I do kinda get a kick out of the steel one. ---

I’d ask you how you’re doing but I had to stop carrying a pocket watch. The reason? I found so many other uses for that little pocket in my jeans. It’s a good place to carry my car key between the car and my apartment. Then, too, for more formal wear, they were great when vests were in but not so much now that vests are out again. ---

I have a “pocket watch” that is not really for the pocket…it has a very short clasp for the loop in your pants and hangs outside the pocket. Sort of fun at work when someone wants to know the time and they glance at my crotch. Also great for people like me who cannot stand to wear any form of jewelry…and considering I used to work in a jewelry shop…but that is another story. I personally have never seen a stylish digital…they all look like they came from Walmart and cost $1.49. ---

Go for it. I have had many Fossil watches and loved each one. Bought some for the hubby too, who isn’t much older than you. I’ve always thought a square faced watch looks more masculine and compliments a man-sized wrist better than a round face. Much sexier. The one’s in the OP’s links look pretty cool. I personally love my very functional-looking Casio calculator watch; I think it bestows upon the wearer a certain kind of '80s nerd cool. I noticed recently that Mark Mothersbaugh wears a similar one in Devo’s “Disco Dancer” video. ---

^^^That’s like what I’m wearing right now, except no calculator. Its a really old school Casio digital watch. I’ve had it for years. Its got goofy blue and red graphic lines and borders around it, back when that sort of thing looked “futuristic”. I don’t really like the other watches posted; mostly due to the large black wristbands they all seem to have. They look really bulky. Looks like I’ll be going ahead with that silver one from my link. ---

i can’t find it online, but Levi’s has some good digital and analogue watches - I bought one for my SO last Christmas and he loves it. Very classy metallic blue face, brown leather watch band. I found it at The Bay. It has a digital display between 4-8 on the analogue face,with an alarm and timer. No light to read it at night, but the needles and dial numbers have glow-in-the-dark. There were other designs, I just loved that one. Leather bands look so much better than metal ones, IMHO. ---
