The question of which gender has better orgasms was settled by [Tiresias](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiresias) long ago. If it helps, I have had orgasms before and after being circumcised. No noticeable difference. ---

I have to say “Yes” although YMMV. I was active pre and post circumcision and there was a small but non-trivial lessening of sensation. ---
