No, it begins sometime in childhood but not at a consistent age. In my post, I called this condition hyperthymesia. In Marilu Henner’s case, she says that it began at age 11 as you can see in [Marilu Henner - Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marilu_Henner#Personal_life) .
