I use a washcloth. Poofies don’t scrub enough and loofahs are too harsh.
Towels and washcloths get changed once a week.
How do you know? Are you saying this is a lifestyle choice? 
I tried the mesh poofie-thingies before and didn’t like them.
Loofahs rip my skin to shreds.
