This is a joke that’s come up in pop culture from time to time. I have a vague memory of a movie from the 80s in which women discussed this, and it also came (heh) up in a story arc in _Ghosts_ (US). Thing is, some cursory googling suggests that this is more in the realm of cow tipping; viz, lots of people talk about it but actual reports of doing it appear to be non-existent. And yes, I know tipping cows is physically impossible (and quite dangerous). Anyway, Mrs. Homie has never done it, and I know this because our washer is downstairs and she won’t go down there for love or money. Or mechanical sex, one supposes. Anyway, is this a thing that women do? ---

I think it may have been mentioned in _The Sensuous Woman_ (1969) as well. I suppose it might possibly a little bit maybe work for some, but I wouldn’t think so. I worked in mental health for over 30 years and heard about a great deal of sexual behavior in explicit detail, and never had anyone report this. ---
