Check out (685) Appliance Brush at http://www.rangekleen.com/catalog61.php (cursor down to locate it). I bought one of these at Wal-mart to clean my fridge with the bottom fins. It works pretty good. Also, you can buy small attachments for the Shop Vac that are for cleaning small items/tight places. I pieced these small attachments together and was able to clean another fridge, way in the back of the compressor and pipes where there was lots of dust collecting.
I don’t know anything about the Range Kleen company (as in ordering directly from them). I bought my brush at Wal-mart. The web site was printed on the brush handle.
The brush does work very well. I’ve never been able to find anything else that fit in between the bottom fins on the fridge. Why in the world did they ever design fridges like this?
Every fridge I ever owned and my Parents fridges were all rear finned and easy to clean. Put brush attachment on any vacuum and 15 minutes later your done and very thoroughly.
Now Brilliant engineers decide bottom fins are a good idea. Why? I cannot not google up a legitimate reason.
I checked Bizrate & epinions for RANGEKLEEN. I have no reviews so far. I think I’ll try Wal-Marts.
Found out Range Kleen is a manufacturer. Should be safe to order from.
I’m going to try.
