Onanism is masturbation (the sin of Onan, who “spilled his seed on the ground” contrary to God’s supposed mandate to be fruitful and multiply). It’s also your only option for sex when you’ve antagonized your spouse, short of extramarital adventures.

Bingo. Sorry for the oblique reference, it was my way of saying ‘if I get too in touch with my feelings I find I am horny all the time’. Women have it wrong. You actually need to repress your feelings in order to properly function in society. The jails are full of unfortunates who were a little too in touch.😉
