# Do you get hungry an hour after Chinese?

I never understood the “one hour later you’re hungry” jokes. Chinese food, to me, is as filling and long-lasting as any other.

Eat enough rice, noodles or bread that comes with the vast array of Chinese food, and there is no way you can be hungry an hour later. If that was true, I’d be eating 24 meals a day instead of 2.
