# Do you have a will? (update)

Yes, we have 2 kids, a home, and assorted personal property ranging in value from worthless to valuable. We have a will, healthcare directive, PoA, and a couple trusts. I want to make sure that the government gets as little as possible and my family gets as much as possible in the event of my demise.

Yeah, but then the poor staff at the Queen’s Bench have to store your bumper in perpetuity. Do you know how much a bumper weighs?!?

No real need for much of one. We live in a community-property state and don’t have any kids.

Well it only took 14 years after the youngest was born to update it, but yes there is now a living trust…

I am married, with a house, no kids, and no will. I have been thinking that we should have wills made in case we die at the same time.
