We are actually going to collect our stuff, head to the sub base and grab one of the better MWR sailboats. We were figuring that Iceland would be interesting - geothermal and all, and as an island reasonably easy to take care of the zombies on and I have a few friends from scandanavia and various countries around Europe that are going to meet up with us there if they survive. ---

To be honest about it, so far every person from iceland/scandanavia I have spoken with/typed at speak english, and that includes on euro servers for MMORPGs. Americans tend to speak 2 languages, english and bad english. ☹ And I would have my husband and our roommate, and a couple of our local friends. ---

What I want to know is how is it that zombies, using their slow, clumsy, wooden, non-cognitive ways to catch, smarter, faster, more agile non-zombie types? I mean really, my fat ass on a bicycle can outrun one of those buggers. If you remove just the arms, they can’t grab you to eat you. ---

…I actually have one… sure it’s not STRICTLY for zombies… but it is a survival box that includes more than just canned goods and water. ---

This is a good plan, but it all depends on what type of zombie we’re dealing with. If it’s the type in which each piece remains active even when separated from the main zombie body, I could see this turning into a bad situation. I could have hundreds of zombie-spider-arms stalking me around the house! :eek: They’d travel through the vents, hide under my pillow, grab my ankles, trip me down the stairs… For the OP: I do not have a zombie kit, though I do have an emergency zombie plan: to be very, very quiet. ---

When I start the zombie apocalypse, it will be after a great deal of planning and preparation, and certainly for my own sick amusement, rather than any sort of emergency. ---
