I don’t have it on my car, but I’ve long had one I got in Florida which says: _Donantes de Órganos Salvan vidas!_ (Organ donors save lives!) Aside from agreeing with the idea that most people should become donors, the combination of careful use of the diacritic (in a position in which it wouldn’t even be required due to it being a capital letter; it’s preferred but not required) with a missing article (_“los” donantes de órganos_, pretty please) and missing exclamation mark always makes me think of someone carefully crafting the translation into what was clearly to him an alien language… ---

None on my car, I’ve never been a fan of them on mine. I do love to read others, though. Saw a car this morning with 2 stickers - one said Trump, the other said Sanders. Made me do a quadruple take, that combo did. ---

I think I have a “This car climbed Mt. Washington” bumper sticker in the glove compartment. With an eye to some future re-sale, it doesn’t seem wise to admit that I took a year off the brakes and clutch for the sake of an afternoon’s tourism. ---

I bemoaned this fact to my friend and he started spouting off about how when he sees that bumper sticker he knows the person is an idiot to do that to their car! My past favorites: Don’t be sexist. On the left side is an image of Bob Marley, with the quote, “Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds.” On the right is one that reads “Trump: Make American Hate Again.” Mrs. Homie thought it wasn’t obvious enough so she took black paint and made the familiar circle-with-a-slash-through-it sign over the word “Trump.” My third and final is an unofficial Gary Johnson sticker that says “Feel The Johnson.” ---

As mentioned up thread, it’s a way of proclaiming you’re not a Muslim. You’re a “proud infidel” or non-Muslim believer (Jew, Christian etc). It’s a FU to Islam. ---

Just a place sticker GSA for Gulf Shores, Alabama. A place I had my internship, a great spring break and just an overall great place to be. I used to have a Seaworld AP magnet (as a middle finger to the stupid protesters) but I forgot about it before going through the carwash and…whoosh…gone. ---
