Do you know anyone who doesn't use cell phones, laptops, or any devices (in 2025)?

I spent a cross-country train trip with an extended Amish family. They found so much delight in older tech. One had been given a Game Boy Color for the trip: “Sister Lobelia put 22 games on this for me!” “Let me see!” “It’s so tiny!”“Do you have Centipede? I love that!”

They’d use a simple flip phone, but among the twenty or so family members there were no smart phones.

It’s kinda funny, our land line got so unreliable that we dropped the service. I put a cell phone antenna on our roof. You point it in the direction of the nearest tower, and then hard wire the antenna to a ‘repeater’ inside the house. Works great.
