This grosses me out a bit, but since a friend just told me yesterday that her brother loves to eat olives in the shower, I just have to ask…Do you know anyone who eats while showering or bathing? ---

Back in school I’d occasionally take a beer into the shower, and even more rarely something harder, but never food. ---

I know plenty of people who drink beer in the shower. When I was younger my mother used to give me ice cream while I was in the bath. ---

I’ve had plenty of glasses of wine while relaxing in the tub. Nothing strange about that. I once ate half a pizza pie, ordered from room service, while sitting in a bath. I guess some people would think that’s a bit odd. ---

A bath is different. People do all kinds of things while relaxing in the tub. Pizza just wouldn’t work too well in the shower. ---

He’s probably an Aussie. We do that a lot. Many families have the dining table under the shower. Busy parents can ensure that the kids are bathed and everyone can pitch in with the washing up. ---

One of my old roommates would tell us of how he would get up in the morning, grab a bowl of cereal, and eat it (dry, mind you, no milk) while standing in the shower. He was (and still is, I’m sure) an interesting guy. ---

There was a Kids in the Hall sketch that was just someone eating chicken and drinking milk in the shower. It was majorly gross. ---

If my memory’s to be trusted, Letterman did a bit just involving him tearing into fried chicken in the shower. Definitely bizarre. ---

I don’t eat in the shower, but I do have my morning coffee, and if I’m in a rush, my toast, in the tub. ---

I take in the occasional turkey sandwich. It’s pretty much limited to a time when I am in a hurry and need to condense my activities to make it elsewhere on time. I figure it’s safer to chew while scrubbing as opposed to chewing while driving. ---

I eat in the bath. In the shower I will eat fruit. Grapes, cut apple, cherries, that kind of thing. All very decadent, but saves you washing your hands afterwards. ---

sometimes I’ll take a bottle of water into the bathroom but it stays on the sink. Do you remember the _Seinfeld_ episode where Kramer prepared meals while showering? Yeechhh. ---

This sounds fascinating, I think I’ll try it. First thing tomorrow morning, I’ll eat my breakfast (oatmeal, toast, and coffee) in the shower. Just think, it will shave off 6 minutes I would have wasted eating it _after_ I finish showering!
