# Do you prefer your pickles sliced or whole?

I only have gherkin pickles in ramen, so I voted “sliced”.

I’ve only seen them served either breaded or battered, but then deep fried. Never seen it done naked. Typically, you can find them either cut into coin shapes or wedges. The French-fry shape sounds like a brilliant idea.
