# Do you read the Straight Dope column?

Not really. I’ll check out the front page about once a month if I’m bored. If an article appears interesting, I’ll read it. Otherwise, no.

I will check each day to see if it is a new column, which it usually isn’t. If it’s something new, I read it. I’ve read most of the Classics.

There seems to be an abundance of Classic columns and maybe one original per week.

Click on The Straight Dope main page now. There are titles to 16 columns, including today’s, of those 11 are Classic columns (read: reruns).

Even if the entire staff of The Straight Dope is only one person, that is a pretty poor output.

**ghardester** : It’s been one new column a week for a long time. A few of the other days are staff reports and the other few days are reruns.
