On my family plan, all three of our lines have unlimited multimedia and text messaging for $9.99 a month. So that ten dollars covers my monthly ~2200, my brother’s ~4000, and my mom’s ~10. $9.99 / 6210 = about $0.0016 per message. Can’t beat it. That’s the grandfathered price – it’s now $19.99 for new contracts. Single line plans have the same option for $14.99.
It’s part of the reason I love T-Mobile. That and their data plans.
