Do you think it is reasonable for taxpayers to pay $113 BILLION a year for Illegals/Anchor Babies?

Except the one I gave you that you ignored.

By you. Everyone has asked you to stop and you refuse.

I’m not a real American or any other flavour of American. So what?

Your logic is very impressive. I recommend you run for government office. Good luck in your future endeavors and I’m done with this thread.

Stop wasting the nation’s critically-short big blue text reserves!

I figure the Americans would just blow the $113 bill on something else, anyway. At least this expenditure stays mostly in-country.

This term is too long, and does not have popular use in the main stream media. However, I am still eager to learn another term to ‘anchor babies’ or ‘illegals.’

But when you come down to it, isn’t that what they are invaders trying to get a foothold in the United States to take a free ride on our welfare system? Perhaps the best word to use is what they are, ‘freeloaders.’

Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year
Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year
Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year
Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year
Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year
Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year
Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year
Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year
Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year

Ah, yes, large colored text is an unfailing indicator of intellectual superiority.
Not.

FYI, Cyclone, posts with huge colored letters are often the last thing we see from a banned poster.

To answer the OP, yes, I do think it’s reasonable to pay $113 Billion a year for Illegals/Anchor Babies. Mostly b/c if you pay the monthly, per pound rate, it’s like 5 times the yearly cost. We have to save money on our grocery bill somewhere.

The term does not specifically describe the group. These are individuals who obtained U. S. citizenship by entering the United States illegally - undocumented. Those born of parents who were citizens of the United States themselves would not be included in this group. Please keep trying. I am listening.

The 14th says nothing about one’s parents. If you’re born in the US, you’re a citizen. Period.

Please keep trying.

Let’s see, “American-born children of illegal immigrants”. Fourteen syllables.

“Freeloaders = $113 Billion a year.” Fifteen syllables, if you express it as “Freeloaders equals one hundred and thirteen billion a year.” I’ll even let you save two syllables by not making it “Freeloaders equals one hundred and thirteen billion dollars a year”, though it could more accurately be expressed so.

We must have the crappiest border patrol in the world if it can’t stop embryos from crossing the Rio Grande in the middle of the night.

No, they are poor people desperate for work whom we ruthlessly exploit and abuse, then sneer at so we can pretend we aren’t the bad guy.

“Constitutional citizens”- 9 syllables.

Cyclone, if you want a forum where people will accept whatever you say because you personally vouch for it, you have come to the wrong place. Posters here also won’t be convinced by yelling, colorful text, or simple obstinacy. If that’s all you have to offer, I will close this thread.

This could be understood as a personal insult. Don’t do it again.

I am not certain why we are taking such great pains to be polite to a group of people who sneak into the United States illegally, and many of them are having children to try and cheat the system of legal immigration. These arguments are getting repetative, and trite.

In 2010 the Obama administration deported about 400,000 illegals. 195,000 were convicted felons. The president is correct about making it a priority to get the criminals out first.

In order to obtain legal citizenship one must take a physical to be sure they are disease free. Illegal immigrants take no health exam and are often working with our food supply. American citizens should not have to risk their health so a law breaker can cut in line in front of legal immigrants to be in this country.

Dear god! The words…they just keep getting bigger. Run for your lives!

  1. Shouting does not make you any more correct or less wrong.

  2. So-called anchor babies are NOT “illegals”. They’re natural-born citizens of the United States, as per the 14th Amendment.

So deduct whatever portion of that claimed 113 billion spent on the citizens who happen to have at least one parent who crossed the border without permission and we can discuss whether or not that’s a reasonable sum to spend on people here illegally. Their babies that were born here ARE citizens, whether other people like it or not, and should be cared for as much as any other US citizen.

Your link is incomplete and only includes a fraction of the cost from State and local government. Please review these words carefully.

$113 Billion per year
for illegal aliens,
AND their anchor babies
for education,
health care,
and welfare.

Your link does not support your contention.

Name calling I can deal with to a degree, but when you start calling anchor babies “ASSHOLES,” I think you have overstepped the line of useful debate. Please apologize for your remark. Thank you.

I’m sorry - were you under the delusion that this was somehow an Americans-only forum? I wish to inform you that that is NOT the case. We have people from all over the world posting here.

That is probably some of the issue with you calling yourself liberal and others saying you’re not - what passes for a “far left or liberal” stance in the US is actually far right or conservative in many other places.

Anyhow - as it happens, I’m a native-born US citizen. Just for the record. Most recent immigrant ancestor came over in 1900. So yeah, “real American citizen.”

And your use of red and blue crayons does nothing to support your contention.
