We knew the answer to “Have you no decency?” well \*before \*even the disabled reporter mocking or the pussy grabbing video, and add your own other favorites to the list if you like. Trump got votes \*because \*of that, not despite it. So, no. ---

Yeah, pushing hard against the second amendment would probably do it. Having a proved homosexual relationship would probably also do it. Everyone already knew he was a philanderer and adulterer before the election. It was a matter of public record. ---

Or perhaps they’re waiting to see which way the wind blows in the elections later this year? A new President a few weeks before the election would dominate the news and be free publicity. Are more likely than Democrats to restrict abortion. 2. Are less likely than Democrats to restrict guns. 3. Are more likely than Democrats to cut taxes. I can somewhat understand a single-issue voter who picks the R candidate (and then sticks with him or her) based solely on one of the above premises or something similar. Even if the R official mildly violates one of the premises, he can be forgiven by the voter, if the voter doesn’t want to analyze the issue too deeply. ---
