Do you think that you have a soul?

I believe we do…but I was raised Baptist. Sue me.

I think Mr. Excellent said it best. The only way I’ll experience an afterlife is if they figure out how to transfer my brain software into computer software

Not as such, no.

I think we’re part of a greater organism or consciousness (not a deity mind you, just a mindless force). So no, I don’t believe in individuated souls, but I do believe that we’re an aspect or facet of life itself, so in a way what we are extends beyond our individual deaths. Our idea of ourselves as individuals dies when we as individuals do. There’s no afterlife because there’s no end to life.

As a wise man once said, “Don’t ask me, man, I just work here.”

Nope. And I’ll echo what Mr. Excellent said.

Not me. When I die, I’m going where candle flames go when you blow the candle out.

I’m going to where I was before I was born.

I have a handful of ex-girlfriends who have told me I have no soul…

I’m inclined to believe them.

I’ll second this.

Um, yes. Well, sort of.

Which is to say that I believe everyone has a soul. I just think mine is…missing in action at the moment.

But I have hope that I may find it someday.

Best,
karol

Not any more. I sold my soul for a donut.
