Do you use a Password Manager?

Yea. Releasing a poorly tested new product right before Xmas didn’t strike me as the greatest idea ever.

But to be fair, now I got it working it’s fine and I do like how when you register on a new site it offers to automatically import into the database. No doubt they’ll fix the dropbox issue and patch the desktop version to synch across all patforms.

Keepass synced via Dropbox. I also use Supergenpass so that I often do not need to open Keepass. The password is generated as a hash of the compbination of the domain name and a single master password. That way every site has its own extremely strong, long password that I do not have to remember at all.

There are around 10 accounts - both work and personal - that I keep them in my head and I change them every quarter.

I was just on the verge of doing this; so tired of pulling out the notebook to look up passwords. But it just squicks me too much to have one password protecting everything with the possibility of the master getting keylogged. So I’m going to try to use the phrase system instead in the hopes of remembering more passwords more often.

Some of the more sensitive passwords in the password manager have misleading or just plain false information about what site it’s for.
