Sounds like you have your bases covered. My advice is to keep the ads and negotiate with your rep regarding that potential third ad (isn’t there a category for “coffee/tea shops”?) Remember, the one thing about phone books is that people use them when they are looking to spend money, as evidenced by some of the comments on this thread. They are also localized so that your readers/viewers will be those people who are most likely to visit - it’s nice to receive a compliment about your website from somebody thousands of miles away, but that doesn’t do much to drive sales, which is the entire point.
