# Do you wash every article of clothing after each use? (possible TMI)

Everything except sweaters are washed after one use, and sweaters only get a break because A) I ruined one once and 2) I always wear a shirt underneath. Oh, suit coats only get cleaned occasionally (like after a big ol’ blop of green chili lands on it)

Sometimes, if things are really crazy and time is short, I’ll wear a pair of pants twice.

I wear chinos or jeans, and cotton fitted T-shirts to work, and those all get washed after one use. I’m fat so I am pretty paranoid about smelling bad. Of course underpants get one use. Bras I wear for a few days in a row unless they get sweaty. At home I wear lounging pants and t-shirts and I wear those for a few days in a row, at least in the winter when they don’t get sweaty.

I don’t wear sweaters or socks. Or skirts. Or dresses. Or suit coats. My cotton outdoor coat gets washed infrequently and the parka and wool one don’t get washed.
