Every episode this year has been so strong - smart, fast-paced, varied and completely bonkers. I’m loving it. They stated it outright at the time she was introduced - she’s his granddaughter. (And if you follow the novels, the relationship was directly addressed again in _Lungbarrow_ in a slightly more complicated way - but even so, she’s his granddaughter.) I don’t think they’re desperate to dredge up 45 year old continuity issues. Although if they _did_ mention Susan, I would just about pee my pants with excitement. ---
