# "Document contains no data" message?

I had to use the recovery disk on my XP machine the other day. Everything seems to be working ok now except for when I try to post at one particular forum. When I hit submit I get “Page not found” in IE and “Document contains no data” in Mozilla.
Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

No, but I have been having the same experience, on several unrelated sites, with [Amazon.co.uk](http://Amazon.co.uk) being the worst.
I ditched IE a few weeks ago and now use Mozilla, thought that it might have been specific to this browser but have heard a couple of other similar complaints recently.

It could be the website is updating, wait a day & try again.
All the computers/hub on the route to the webstie have to be working too. You can do a traceroute to verify they are working.
