# Does a cease-fire in Ukraine make Trump Nobel-worthy?

Remember that Barack Obama received the peace prize in the very first year of his presidency. The February 1 deadline was within two weeks of his inauguration. It seemed an obvious thumbing of the nose at George W Bush.
