Does any company make a dildo were they make a mold of a man’s penis, so his significant other can have a good copy when he is unavailable? Would this be available is both vibrating and non-vibrating versions? ---

I’ve seen some ads in a British Magazine for something called “Mould-a-willy”. Do a search, and you’ll find some info on it. IIRC, a friend bought something similar in Denver, don’t know the name of that one though. ---

I’m afraid to post a link myself, but that’s exactly what the Plaster Casters (of Chicago) did. They were two young women who went around in the 60’s and made castings of rock stars’ penises (penii?). Granted, they made the final product out of plaster and not latex or anything of that nature, as far as I know. They seem to be most famous for casting Jimi Hendrix, who, er, _dwarfed_ the other castings at a public showing. ---

Can you still get copies of the penises of famous rock stars and such ? IIRC the film “W.H. Reich, mysteries of the organism” had a segment on a gal who cast them from the likes of Jimmy Hendrix and Robert Plant. ---

If you do it yourself, try to remember that Plaster of Paris can get hot when it starts to dry. Not the think you want on something heat sensitive 🙂 ---

Am I the only one who can’t imagine maintaining a hard on while someone slaps plaster of paris on your shlong? Surely you don’t want a dildo in the shape of a flaccid manhood? ---

It is best to use algenate (like in the kit mentioned in the second post). It is cool and damp to the touch, if you mix it warmer it will set much faster (say 30 seconds to two minutes) and a guy wouldn’t have problems maintaining himself in the goopy stuff. It wold be like sticking your willy in pancake batter. When algenate sets, it’s rubbery and easy to wiggle out of. You can then make a plaster postive. From the plaster postive you can then make a rubber negative mould. _That_ negative can then be used to make as many copies as you want. For dildos it’s best to use surgical grade silicone rubber stuff. BTW - algenate, when it dries completely, shrinks to about 10% of it’s origial size (usually misshapen), so you can make keychain-size willies too! The algenate is so accurate it will record even your skin pores. Disclaimer: I’ve done a lot of prosthetic make-up, not dildos, but the process is that same. An acquaintance of mine _did_ make them using the process described above as a side business to help support herself through college ---

Just an add-on per the hotness of Plaster o’ Paris – the Plaster Casters made the mold with alginate, and made the actual casting out of PoP that was poured in.
