Some places you can renovate with a coat of paint. Others need bathroom fixtures. And some require the services of a bulldozer. And a hazmat crew. ---

Other than the woo, I kinda like the place. Furnishings are what you want, and you can paint the walls. The kitchen looks awesome. I’ve seen plenty worse on My Lottery Dream Home. Including David’s “dream home”. ---
