C’mon, salvation or triple your money back, how can you lose? But y’know, when you think about it, real ecdysiasts do create an overall aura of “Slack” in any room. So it’s very appropriate for the thread.  
But back to the subject, yes, there has been something of a burlesque revival – there was even one such contestant in last summer’s “America: Have You Got Talent” or whatever was that competition where Hasselhof was a panelist.

This reminds me of that Mister Boffo cartoon, “Another way to tell when the retailers convention is in town”, in which the retailer calls out to the stripper:

“Take an additional twenty to thirty percent off!”
