I slept well. My glucose is acting right today. Was awakened by the incessant howling of the Siamezers. Walked the puppy dogs. My arm is a little sore and stiff. My discharge paper say that’s normal. DIL.has been especially diligent in her care of/for me. I now have 3 cel phones. The newest is her idea to have a dedicated cel line for her and me to be in near constant connect. Ugh! She also suggested c.c. cameras. Double Ugh! Not happening. Thx for everyones concern ---

But do any of the phones work out in the backwoods? You’ve mentioned before that you don’t get service until you’ve driven halfway to what passes for “town.” And what did they do to your arm? ---

Voice calls are nearly impossible, unless I climb up in a tree or stand on my roof. I’ve got my regular cel, stays misplaced alot. I have one I bought for game playing and secret shopping and things;) This new one is because of an incident where my CGMonitor alarmed and all the people who got the alarm tried calling and texting me. No one could get thru. Now DIL and diabetic nurse are the only ones with this new number. Should simplify alarms and such. We’ll see. Electronics have often been a problem for me. ---

Maybe get VOIP through your ISP or someone line Vonage since your internet works fine. You can use a tablet for the phone if you don’t want to keep the laptop I’m assuming you’re using on all the time. ---

I have 2 tablets. I want an Apple watch. ( My request is put in, in triplicate) DIL is working on the voice call over the internet thing. She’s much more computer literate than I. I suspect it will be forthcoming. She already GPS-es me everywhere. She knows my location better than me. Except…when I’m walking the dogs:). I didn’t take the phone with me this morning. She couldn’t get me on the phone(s), she came running down here. I got chewed out. Oops. ETA, there are times when a girl just needs privacy. IYKWIM. ---

I don’t think I have a crush on her, but I do rather like her a lot. If we were ever in the same physical location, she would have hugging rights. And I always thought her avatar was four possums playing bagpipes. 😕 Glad you’re home and (mostly) alright, Beck. ---

Oh, Gawd yes. Not the mushy kind of crush, but the BFF kind. I wished we lived next door, or what passes for next door, when you live out in the middle of nowhere! I daydream of going on my walks, stopping by because I need to “visit the sandbox,” and then the two of us end up sitting on the deck, drinking iced tea, and swapping stories. Dinner doesn’t get cooked, the bed isn’t made, and no laundry gets done. Who cares? Not us! Love you lots and lots Beckkers! ~VOW ---

**Beck** - the Apple watch is a great idea. I can answer calls, track health info, read and answer texts. I’m thinking there might be an app out there that would get you help if your heart rate went too low, for example.
