# Does anyone know of any 2021 scientific rebuttal to the nonsense peddled about Hitler's supposed Jewish ancestry ancestry?

My understanding is that “Schicklgruber” references were commonplace _during_ WWII and were meant to mock Adolf over a funny-sounding name.

It’s hard to imagine millions paying homage to him under the old family name.

“Heil Schicklgruber” indeed.
