I like Captain Beefheart, but he can take a while to warm up to. _Trout Mask Replica_ is probably one of the more difficult ones to get into. I’d try _Safe as Milk_ first. ---

I once put on Trout Mask Replica for a girlfriend. She said, “that kinda reminds me of Ornette Coleman.” That was 20 years ago, and we’re still together. ---
