Hate them, I suppose there’s a purpose to have the back-end open since if you’re in a hospital chances are you can’t wipe your own ass so some one else has to do it for you and the nurses need unfettered access.
With that said, I still hate them and wear two if I can. One the way it was designed and the other backwards so my ass isn’t catching some air.
