# Does Guam deserve a recorded vote in Congress?

You’re thinking of Puerto Rico. We won Guam from those Commie Germans after we attacked Pearl Harbor in WWI . That was the battle that Andrew Johnson won after the Seven Years’ War was already over, when he earned the nickname “Stonewall.” The battle is commonly known as “the teat offensive” because Guam is vaguely breast-shaped.
