Though I will add that a body double can also be someone who looks like the person well enough from a distance, or when filmed from the behind. Or when you need a closeup of multiple body parts (besides the face). It’s not always nude scenes. ---

I didn’t bother to read the text of the article, but the one close-up shot of two faces - which I assume to be her and the “double” - both have a small blemish just to the middle-right on the forehead. Granted, it’s a bit hard to make out in one since the image is a bit blurry, but it seems to be there. The shape of the chin is the same, the cutoff point at which her cheeks turn into that parentheses-shaped crease around the mouth (do we have a word for that in English?) is at the same location. The bridge of her brow follows the exact same line. Basically, it would have to be a clone more than just a body-double. So if she does have one, these photos don’t seem to include one.
