However, the layout of the house makes it impossible to close off the kitchen, and I don’t like cats on my kitchen counters. This was a workable solution (enclosing the garage) that has the side benefit of my not having to vacumn the house twice daily. I have 8 cats. Each cat can produce another cat’s worth of hair a week… **Trunk** , the office was a bit brighter than I intended, so I toned it down when I did the rest of the suite. Since the walls are mostly covered with hockey stuff and bookshelves, it’s really not that bad. ---

We painted our master bath a pale yellow awhile back and put in bright yellow bath and hand towels. In the morning it gives a nice warm, kinda calm glow to the room. But, because it is in the bathroom, we don’t have to “live with it” as you say. It’s not like a living room where you may be exposed to the color all day long. It has worked well for us. If one were seeking proof of our instability they needn’t go to such weak evidence as the bathroom color. ---

No, liking yellow doesn’t mean you’re cracking up. If it did, I’d have cracked up long ago … oh, wait … shit! 😃 yellowval (who drives yellowcar, has lots of yellow clothes, lots of yellow accents in her house, and had yellow bridesmaid’s dresses at her wedding and yellow rosebuds in her hair.) ---

There is a house in our town. For years it was pale pink. Now it has been painted…not yellow but Yellow. My family has tried to define the exact shade, but the closest we can come is to say it’s a lot like the stripes on the road, only Yellower. Whenever I drive past it with the kids, we all scream, “YELLOW!” I don’t know what it’s doing to the inhabitants, but it certainly makes \*us \* crazy.
