# Does Nordic Social Capitalism Work?

I don’t think the immigrants in Sweden–particularly the black and Islamic ones–have participated in the overall success to nearly the degree that native Swedes have. This suggests that homogeneity is, in fact, a major key to success. If I recall from the stories around the riots earlier this year, the problem was only worsening for second generation immigrants.
