Ok this is a downright epidemic, It seems like everyone is posting this thing lately. \*PRIVACY NOTICE: Warning - any person and/or institution and/or Agent and/or Agency of any governmental structure including but not limited to the United States Federal Government also using or monitoring/using this website or any of its associated websites, you do NOT have my permission to utilize any of my profile information nor any of the content contained herein including, but not limited to my photos, and/or the comments made about my photos or any other “picture” art posted on my profile. UCC 1-103 1-308 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED WITHOUT PREJUDICE\* Now this really sets off my BS detector. My instinct is that anything you post on facebook is public and can be used accordingly. Facebook can sell your information to advertisers, and they can also use your pictures and such as they want, although for the sake of goodwill they probably won’t. I don’t see how posting this warning can change all that. I have no legal basis for this, but for the sake of fighting ignorance I’d like to know for sure. Is anyone familiar with Facebook’s TOS? ---

In addition, I’m not sure if it’s covered in Snopes, but referencing UCC rather than actual Penal code, and the whole “rights reserved without prejudice” thing is a red flag for Sovereign Citizen garbage, which is dumb at best and downright dangerous at worst. ---

It is pretty much as ffective as all the other mass posts about religion, breast cancer, politics, etc. I do think it is a useful tool to identify the gullible people on my friends list. ---

In days of old when bandits bold roamed the seven seas (1980’s and 1990’s, lol), dial-up BBS’s often had a disclaimer that law enforcement officers were not permitted to login. I was under the impression that such a clause provided no defense if police decided to login anyway and they found Probable Cause to make an arrest, get a warrant, etc. ---

Ever receive a fax or email and you are not the intended recipient and there is a warning about how you must destroy it, etc? I _always_ send it back to the sender with numerous recipients in the carbon copy line. I’ve yet to be prosecuted.
