Yeah, I’m 50 and my close-up vision is excellent. I’ve worn glasses for myopia since I was a teenager, though. I take glasses off for reading or other close-up work.
I am 52 and it’s was the same for me. Then I got progressives but the bottom part that I use for reading has no correction. My 78 year old mother is the same. We can both take off our glasses and read the print on the back of a sugar packet in a dark restaurant without glasses.
