# Does Stephen Harper wear a toupee or a wig?

My step-dad insists that he does, while my Mom asserts the opposite. Being the young one with the subscription to the SDMB, they turned to me to ask.

So, is Mr. Harper’s [hair](http://www.valleyskeptic.com/stephen_harper.gif) real?

For what it’s worth, that picture makes it look like the answer is “yes.”

The problem, I think, is that his head forehead shrinks every time he makes an election promise he’ll have no way of keeping, so his hair has increasingly taken on a distinctly rug-like appearance.

Mr. Harper himself is real, however. That’s the disappointing part.
