Its a drink sold in gallon jugs at grocery stores, tampico brand orange drink. Does anyone know if it has any potassium in it?

While im on the subject of potassium in drinks based on/made from fruit juice, what about Hi-C? I doubt either do but it was worth asking about.

I doubt that either has any potassium in it, but have you looked at the Nutrition Facts label? If they had potassium in them, they would show it there.

Potassium isn’t listed but milk is also high in potassium and it doesn’t list that fact on its nutritional info.

I hadn’t noticed that about milk. [Here’s](http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/foodlab.html) a page that has some Nutrition Facts panels from milk (near the bottom), and you’re right – there’s no potassium listed either in mg or as a % DV. That seems odd to me. I can’t find Tampico’s nutrition information on the Web, which also seems odd.
