# Does the Atlantic Magazine have any customer service at all?

After several attempts at calling and emailing the Atlantic magazine about my 30 day trial account I have not been able to contact anyone, nor have I received any replies. Has anyone else else had the same experience. It seems to me that they have no customer service personnel at all. I have never experienced this with any quality newspaper or magazine I have subscribed to.
