# Does the democrats 3.5 trillion domestic plan expand the ACA?

There are a bunch of issues with the ACA like the subsidies are eliminated at 400% of FPL, or the lack of medicaid expansion in red states, too short a sign up period, Subsidies tied to silver plans (instead of gold), etc.

Does the democratic 3.5 trillion domestic proposal do anything to expand the ACA?
