# Does the Georgia lawmakers' response to Delta set up an analogous example of White Privilege?

I’m not saying it’s an impeachable offense. But the issue here is that the Lt Governor explicitly linked receiving the tax break to the company supporting a specific position. That’s a constitutional violation.

I don’t believe Delta is Constitutionally entitled to tax breaks.

Could you be more specific? Which part of the Constitution did this violate?
